Refunds will be given as long as goods are returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Postage for returns must be paid by consumer and NZ Post is used at the consumers own risk. The Consumers Guartanees Act only covers customers in New Zealand.
- All Made to measure/Made to colour items such as saddleblankets, webthers, reins etc have a 21 day delivery period. Pony Mad! may be able to accommodate you if your order is needed in a hurry, however this may also not be possible.
- All such information, products and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. They are used at 'your own risk' and Pony Mad! can not be held responsible for any misuse, care of product, misunderstanding or incidents arising from the use of any item sold from Pony Mad! As with all items used on or around horses please check stitching, wear, tear and general overall condition regularly.
- Prices listed are in New Zealand currency and have GST included. Delivery/Postage is free and all items are sent via NZ Parcel Post or NZ Post in an envelope at your own risk to addresses in New Zealand. While every endevour has been made to ensure the integrity of the pricing, changes may be made without notice.
- Payment via direct credit is made by you, the consumer and any matters arising in relation to misplaced funds or payments must be solved through your bank. Credit card payments are used through PayPal which is a secure website. Any cancellations/refunds requested before items are sent are refunded minus a 15% admin/bank charge/stock handling fee.
- You are more than welcome to pick up your purchase or there may be the possibility that your purchase can be taken and given personally to you at an A&P Show, Pony Club event or other equestrian gathering.
